PRE An original photograph of something beautiful-Figure 8 pool

The figure 8 pool is visited in an unexpected excursion. It was the first trip of four friends who know each other from the piano at Queen Victoria Building. We just wanted to go for a drive together, no preparation for walking in long distance. Every time someone got tired and nearly was going to give up, we encouraged  each other. After almost 4hrs of walking and climbing through the rocks, the figure 8 pool caught ours eye. In another way, the pool is quite normal but only in a unusual shape. However, at that time, I thought the figure 8 pool is extremely beautiful and praise the pool with all my literary talent. After I trip, I feel I start enjoy the unexpected experience, and have perseverance to consist.

The fallingwater is one of the greatest piece of architecture in the 20 century. It is designed by Frank Lloyd Wright who is the protagonist of organic architecture. He devoted to design architecture which promoted balance between nature and manufactured building. The fallingwater also challenge impossible that this building is constructed abover the waterfall. This architecture inspires me that always keep challenging.

PRE: My best creative work before Uni-Transition, Yr11, Visual Arts

Yr 11 was the only year that I studied arts in Australia which was a quite special experience. In this topic, transition, I tried to connect the Beijing National Aquatics Center (Water cube) with a small branch of leaves from the excursion to Jenolan Cave. The construction of the water cube is made by hexagon shaped foam which arranged like cells. I connected them by splitting the water cube building to single cells and from a brach of leaves to leaves. This transition is also like a microscope that every life is made by cells. The colour also show the progress of the transition.
